• Research and implement complex accounting standards
• Prepare accounting position papers for contracts, M&A transactions, etc
• Provide advice on accounting for M&A and other activity
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Assist with documenting internal controls
• Improve reporting and month-end through automation and system enhancements
• Collaborate with across multiple departments to assess business impact on accounting and reporting
• Serve as subject matter expert on accounting guidance for various transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting focus.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Experienced with ASC 810, 842 and 606
• Highly proficient in Excel
