Responsibilities- In accordance with GAAP, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare consolidation entries.
- Reconcile data and consolidated reports
- Provide accounting assistance with integration for M&A activities
- Ensure proper accounting methods of complex accounting issues through research.
- Implement new accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Involvement in Purchase Accounting as it relates to M&A activities
- Assist with SOX 404 compliance and control improvements.
- Partner with external auditors.
- Participate in special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA a plus
- 3 - 6 years of public accounting or financial reporting experience
- 10k, 10Q, SEC and GAAP experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
