The Executive Associate position provides administrative support for the Analytical Strategy & Operations ("ASO") team. They will perform highly diverse administrative and project-focused duties, which by nature of the position may involve high-level contacts and exposure to confidential material necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. The candidate must have proven skills in prioritizing and multi-tasking, as well as the ability to remain poised and focused in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy in all levels of management
  • Work with minimal supervision, have strong initiative and follow up with focus on details
  • Phone and calendar management as well as timely scheduling ensuring meetings are prioritized and occur within appropriate timelines
  • Prioritize activities and take prompt action based on an understanding of departmental objectives and business needs
  • Maintain current SharePoint sites, along with creation of new SharePoint sites, as needed
  • Adhere to T&E policies, including booking travel (domestic & international) and monthly reconciliation of business expenses
  • Prioritize and complete support requests in a timely manner – purchase order requests, etc.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by remaining current with Client continuous learning modules
  • Provide backup support as needed to support VP during planned, as well as unplanned (e.g., emergencies, etc.) absences

    Competencies:


    - High School degree, some college or degree desirable
    - 8 years administrative or comparable experience; prior Client and Project Coordinator experience preferred
    - Must have excellent organizational skills, thorough knowledge of computer programs (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Client standard applications)
    - SharePoint experience and knowledge
    - Knowledge of Client Systems and Processes, including Concur, SAP, Purchase Orders/Requisition s
    - Successful candidate must be able to learn new tools and systems in an ever-evolving environment
