Project Analyst

Halyard is seeking a Project Analyst to support our team on a large-scale site in New Brunswick,
New Jersey. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented
individual to play a vital role in supporting project management and communications for major
engineering and construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP for Project Managers and external vendors
• Track the status of POs and corresponding invoices
• Distribute invoices for approval and monitor payment status through PO completion
• Site Communications
• Gather and organize bi-weekly updates for sitewide distribution
• Collaborate with Project Managers and the Communications Department on logistics such as roadwork, closures, pedestrian traffic changes, and parking updates
• Documentation & Mapping
• Contribute to and verify Engineering project maps
• Collect and review progress photos from Project Managers for upload into SCOPE (ensuring no personnel, signage, or proprietary information appears)
• Administrative Support
• Serve as departmental liaison to Safety and Security
• Coordinate summer interns and assist with onboarding activities
• Order office supplies and register guests with Security

About You:

You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You have strong
communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to high-performing project
teams. Prior experience with SAP, PO management, or construction administration is a plus.
