The Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O) employs a workforce of approximately 2,700 staff, represented by 15 collective negotiations agreements, and is responsible for institutional strategic initiatives and operations, which encompasses an expansive range of comprehensive service and business operations across the State of New Jersey. These include planning and construction, facilities, public safety and emergency operations, environmental health and safety, transportation, housing, and auxiliary/retail operations.

Summary:- Provides managerial leadership to frontline supervisors with overall responsibility for custodial operations on the first & second shift custodial operations on any New Brunswick/Piscataway campus.

- Salary Details:
- Minimum Salary: $82,166
- Mid Range Salary: $104,002
- Maximum Salary: $125,837

Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years' experience in custodial operations or building maintenance, three of which must have been at the supervisory level.

- Strong communication.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the concept of "Green Cleaning" and personnel management in all aspects.
- APPA Facilities Manager Certification or Certified Registered Executive Housekeeper.
