Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health responsible for overseeing dispatchers who answer 9‑1‑1 and other calls, screen them according to IAED ProQA system, and dispatch the appropriate resources. Provides oversight and support of dispatchers, maintains quality metrics, and coordinates with field units and other agencies during incidents.

• Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers responsible for answering 9‑1‑1 and other calls.
• Screen calls according to IAED ProQA system and dispatch appropriate resources.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
• Monitor call center performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with field EMS units and other agencies during incidents.
• Maintain compliance with IAED standards and local regulations.

• 3‑5 years of medical dispatch experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Basic Telecommunicator certification.
• IAED ProQA and IAED EMD knowledge.
• Hazmat & CBRNE awareness.
• ICS 100, 200, 300, 400 and NIMS 700 & 800 knowledge.

Full‑time Day Shift (Monday–Friday).
