We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Coordinator in our new fulfillment center on 11 Nicholas Ct, South Brunswick, NG08810, USA. In this role, the worker plays a critical role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in problem-solving, communication, and process optimization. The FC Coordinator will work closely with warehouse staff, supervisor(s), and
manager to maintain workflow efficiency, safety, and organization.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping.
- Ensure outbound shipments meet accuracy, labelling, and quality standards.
- Assign and monitor tasks to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or labelling errors.
- Communicate effectively with DC supervisors, managers, and carriers to maintain smooth logistics.
- Enforce safety standards and address hazards promptly.
- Assist with training and provide support or coverage for DC management as needed.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives.
- 3+ years experience in a FC setting.
- Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location.
- Experience in a quality control environment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus.
