About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Analyst / PMO Analyst to support a large-scale global SAP S/4

HANA transformation program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PMO professional or junior project manager who thrives in fast-moving, complex environments and enjoys driving visibility, accountability, and execution across multiple work streams.

Working alongside Deployment Leads and Senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for project tracking, reporting, governance, analytics, and program coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong with Jira, Power BI, dashboards, reporting, and project controls
, and who can take ownership of activities rather than simply administer meetings and maintain trackers.

While exposure to SAP or ERP transformation programs is advantageous, deep functional SAP expertise is not required. Success in this role comes from strong PMO fundamentals, analytical capability, proactive follow-through, and the ability to maintain momentum across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers and Deployment Leads across a global SAP transformation program.
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and project governance artifacts.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple functional work streams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against agreed plans.
  • Drive follow-up actions and proactively engage stakeholders to ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Manage and maintain project data within Jira and related project management tools.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting packs.
  • Produce regular program status reports, KPI reporting, and project analytics.
  • Support workshop planning, coordination, and program logistics.
  • Assist with governance activities, change control processes, and executive reporting.
  • Track plan-versus-actual performance and identify areas requiring attention.
  • Provide delegated project ownership for specific activities and work streams on behalf of Senior Project Managers.
  • Partner with functional and business teams to ensure reporting accurately reflects delivery status.
Required Experience
  • Experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Management Analyst, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting complex transformation or enterprise change programs.
  • Strong understanding of project management and PMO best practices.
  • Advanced experience with Jira
    .
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience.
  • Proven ability to create meaningful project reporting and analytics.
  • Experience tracking project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing RAID logs and governance processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to proactively chase actions and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Experience
  • SAP or SAP S/4

    HANA program exposure.
  • ERP transformation experience.
  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or operations transformation programs.
  • Experience in large global matrix organizations.
  • Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI-enabled reporting.
  • Agile delivery environment experience.
