Salary Details: A minimum of $2,777 per credit.

The Department of Art & Design, Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University invites applications for part‑time instructional and academic support for undergraduate and graduate courses.
Drawing on the resources of a large public university, the Department of Art & Design at Mason Gross School of the Arts seeks to cultivate a diverse community that values visual literacy, critical dialogue, experimentation, and the skills necessary for sustaining a creative life that can extend well beyond the studio.
The Department of Art & Design offers BFA and BA degrees in Visual Arts with concentrations in Drawing, Media, Painting, Photography, Print, and Sculpture as well as a BFA in Design. The Department also offers MFA degrees in Visual Arts and Design.
Successful applicants will staff undergraduate or graduate level courses in a demonstrated specialization content area.
The majority of course appointments are located in Downtown New Brunswick. Sculpture appointments are located in Piscataway.

QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience
Requires a minimum of Master of Fine Arts or equivalent profile in area of practice and at least one year of relevant teaching experience. Strong pedagogical, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
