CFG Health Network is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Psychiatrist to join our Consultation‑Liaison (C&L) Psychiatry team at St. Peter’s University Hospital
, a 400‑bed acute care hospital located in New Brunswick, NJ
. The psychiatrist will provide C&L psychiatric consultations, crisis evaluations, and psychiatric care for both adults and children within the hospital setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible part‑time schedule (1–2 days/week, 7‑hour shifts) in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide psychiatric consultations and crisis evaluations for patients in medical/surgical units and the emergency department.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with hospital medical staff, social workers, and nursing teams to support patient care and treatment planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions and provide recommendations for psychiatric management.
• Document clinical evaluations and treatment recommendations in accordance with CFG and hospital standards.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• DEA and CDS certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
