  The Critical Care Faculty member will serve as one of three clinical specialists. The hospital-based clinical pharmacy team includes a Clinical Pharmacy Manager and nine clinicians in Critical Care, Infectious Diseases, Emergency Medicine, Behavioral Health, and Cardiology, plus four PGY1 pharmacy residents. Pharmacy services are provided institutionally in both inpatient and outpatient settings via centralized and decentralized operations utilizing an integrated EMR and automation.
  
  The faculty member will focus on practice as part of a multidisciplinary team, hold an active role on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee, and participate in education of medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff (including residents), protocol/guideline/policy development, and Code Blue response.

  Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of at least two years of residency training or equivalent experience; licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Certifications/Licenses: Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey. Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BCPS) or other relevant board certification is expected within two years of hire.
