The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks to employ a Hepatologist at an open rank.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with liver-related disorders and general gastroenterology conditions.
- Participate in endoscopic procedures as appropriate.
- Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Collaborate with patients’ primary physicians and other relevant physicians to develop workable medical strategies for patient concerns.
- Engage in academic and scholarly activities to advance hepatology and gastroenterology services and treatments.
- Board certified or eligible in endocrinology. The rank of appointment will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
