Position Overview
Capital Health is the region's leader in providing progressive, quality patient care with significant investments in our exceptional physician staff, as well as advanced technology. Comprised of two hospitals (Regional Medical Center in Trenton and Capital Health Medical Center-Hopewell), satellite Emergency Department at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Community Pharmacy, and various primary and specialty care practices across the region. This position will be based out of our RMC campus (Level II Trauma Center and advanced comprehensive stroke center) and will be involved in all aspects of departmental clinical pharmacy services.
Qualifications- Doctor of Pharmacy degree; at least two years of residency training or equivalent experience.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.
- Board certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or an equivalent specialty expected within two years of hire.

Immunization RequirementsUnder Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against seasonal influenza for the current flu season, unless a medical or religious exemption is granted. Failure to provide proof of vaccination may result in rescission of an offer or disciplinary action.
