Non-Credit Instructor – 2026The Center for Continuing and Professional Development under the Division of Continuing Studies seeks qualified part‑time instructors for the center’s array of non‑credit programs and initiatives. Candidates will contribute to the division’s educational mission of lifelong learning and its objective of providing an educational experience that connects instruction and training with the skill sets to succeed in their current career or pursue a new path.

Responsibilities- Instruct and co‑instruct course(s) for non‑credit programs (including traditional lecture, hybrid, and/or fully online formats).
- Prepare course materials such as syllabi, presentations, hand‑outs, reading materials, etc.
- Provide constructive feedback and critical instruction regarding course/program work.
- Respond promptly to student emails and inquiries.
- Adhere to university and program regulations, policies, and deadlines.
- Practice innovative educational methodologies.

- Master’s degree in a related field or advanced certification in the relevant industry/discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years of instructional experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, and knowledge of classroom management and adult learning.
- Ability to use online platforms to conduct courses/programs (e.g., Zoom, Webex, etc.).

Range: $100 - $18,000 per year.
Immunization RequirementsUnder Policy 100.3.1, if employment commences during Flu Season, the University may require proof of seasonal influenza vaccination unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
