Minimum Education and Experience
- Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Material Science, or a closely related field.
- The candidate is expected to have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- geomaterial performance assessment and modeling,
- life cycle assessment,
- infrastructure performance and design,
- supply chain management,
- systems thinking and modeling.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with high proficiency in technical writing and editing.
- The successful candidate is expected to be self‑motivated with the ability to think broadly and conceptually to formulate creative, sophisticated solutions to complex problems while prioritizing the workload and working independently with general supervision.
