• Drive our branded trucks to customer locations (G license required)

• Remove and load unwanted items from homes, offices, and job sites

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service with every job

• Quote jobs and explain pricing (we provide full sales training)

• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal to minimize landfill waste

• Represent our brand with pride in appearance, attitude, and results

• 21+ years old (required for insurance)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (past 3 years)

• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly)

• Goal-oriented and driven by performance metrics (sales, KPIs, etc.)

• A reliable team player who wants to make a visible impact every day
