- Seasonal Tax Senior Manager-Real Estate. EY serves high-profile, national and multinational clients with tax accounting, tax provision procedures and controls design and testing. TARAS (Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services) supports financial reporting for income taxes, including tax accounting and related advisory services.
- Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts).
- Assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision.
- Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment; assess tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
- Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting
- Real Estate experience a plus
- Tax Provision Preparation/Review with assist in all aspects of their preparation
- Process and Controls Enhancement
- Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation
- A bachelor s degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
- Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
- Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation
- Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience
- Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; broad exposure to federal income taxation

Salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
