Seasonal Tax Manager – FSO-PCS
Financial Services Organization Private Client Services (PCS) is a growing practice within EY, serving privately held companies and their owners and families. Clients range from family-owned businesses to private equity–owned companies, including growth private companies that may not go public. You’ll work on technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects as part of a growing global team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues.
EY supports your development in both technical tax knowledge and leadership/business acumen.
The opportunity
EY is seeking experienced seasonal tax professionals for our tax season. You’ll join the team at a critical time, with hourly, overtime-eligible pay, and opportunities to enhance or refine your skills within one of our high-performing tax teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review complex individual tax returns for Private Tax clients.
- Work remotely from within the United States.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A strategic eye for prioritizing multiple complex projects.
- Experience performing high-quality reviews of complex tax returns.
- Knowledge/experience handling Individual, Gift, Trust, and Estate Tax Returns – 1040, 1041, 706, 709.
- Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment, including with an offshore shared services center.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Valid US CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) or active state bar membership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for private client individuals in financial services.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proven excellence in tax accounting for financial statements with a top or mid-tier firm.

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
