* Conduct financial modeling to evaluate business opportunities, including analyzing capital options and structures for mergers and joint ventures.
* Oversee accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and insights.
* Support improvements in budgeting processes and ensure budget adherence.
* Assist with accounting, tax, and compliance rules related to S Corps and LLCs.
QualificationsExperience:
* Must have healthcare experience with 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare finance and accounting.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
