OpportunityOur tax function is constantly evolving and offers the chance to develop new skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute your technical expertise in compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property.
Key Responsibilities- Support client consultations and challenge the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal resources.
- Apply knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements to deliver high-quality work.
- Operate in a highly collaborative culture, listening to and sharing information with colleagues.
- Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely, responsive services.
- Stay informed of current technical developments and apply them to client situations.
- Analyze information thoroughly and provide quality, practical approaches.
- Demonstrate understanding of complex unclaimed property concepts.
- Participate in achieving team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related work experience.
- Technical experience in compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services.
- Performance and process advisory experience in unclaimed property compliance.
- Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment.
- Ability to obtain CPA certification, US Bar membership, or professional designation from IPT.

What We Offer- Competitive compensation:
Base salary range $81,700–$135,000 nationwide and higher ranges for major metros. Additional benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible vacation policy. - Hybrid work model:
