Position Overview
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) leadership team. The role will sit in New Brunswick, NJ and will be a key finance partner for GCA’s Communications and Corporate Marketing operating budgets.
Responsibilities- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for the GCA organization.
- Support the quarterly close process and prepare reporting packages.
- Drive financial automation initiatives, including the development of Power BI dashboards.
- Coordinate with Business Partners to evaluate and address business ad‑hoc needs.
- Provide support for key compliance activities, ensuring overall financial compliance reviews are completed.
- Meet and present to senior management on actual results, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead the intercompany, hedging, and headcount reporting process.
- Participate in and lead specific Corporate Headquarters group projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong collaborator and validated business partner with ability to influence all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP General Ledger, Power BI, or equivalent automation tools.
- Ability to think creatively, maintain and improve sound business processes in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $79,000 – $127,650. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and participation in company sponsored benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, group legal insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and long‑term incentive program. The company offers up to 120 hours of vacation per calendar year, up to 40 hours of sick time, up to 13 days of floating holidays, and up to 40 hours of personal and family time.
