Job SummaryRWJBH is seeking a Per diem Advanced Practice Provider for the Neurosurgery department at the New Brunswick campus
Essential Functions- This role includes rounding, evaluation and providing care plans as developed with attending neurosurgeons
- There is also invasive bedside procedure as a part of this role
- Must be comfortable working to the full extent of licensure
- Advanced Practice Nurses must be certified in Family due the pediatric population seen on this service
- Physician Assistants must be a graduate from an accredited PA program
- Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of inpatient or acute patient care experience in neurosurgery with a desire for acute inpatient work
- NP candidates must be FNP certified with acute care experience due to the pediatric population on the service
- Current NJ APN PA license required
- NCCPA certification required
- CDS required
- DEA required
- RN required
- RNFA certification optional
- BLS required
- ACLS required
