RWJBarnabas Health is looking for a Full-Time Central Sterile Coordinator for our New Brunswick campus.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD
• CIS Certified Instrument Specialist
• At least 3 years of work‑related experience in a Sterile Processing Department

• CHL Preferred

• CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD
• CIS Certified Instrument Specialist

• Days to work:
  Full‑Time Schedule
• 40 hours a week

• Coordinates and orders all supply needs of the department
• Manages instrument repairs and coordinates with the manufacturer on returns and loaners as needed
• Collaborates with the Peri‑op and CSP leadership teams to identify future instrument needs, additional instruments, and maintain consistent par levels of backups for daily operations
