Business
Serves as a consultant regarding human resources and organizational issues for assigned divisions and departments. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: human resources policy interpretation, employee relations, compensation/benefits and recruitment.
Follows through and executes logistical and operational activities required to achieve customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related field (or in process). Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience in multiple areas (i.e., training, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development) preferred. Management experience highly preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and analytical skills required. Knowledge of labor, EEOC and other related laws required.
This position will require regular travel between the New Brunswick and Somerset Campuses.
