Overview

SAP - Finance Product Costing - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN. EY is looking for a Manager to join our Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration practice, focusing on SAP – Finance Management Accounting and Product Costing. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions, delivering high-quality SAP projects, and supporting clients with a business-first approach to technology-enabled transformation.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management, continuous process improvement, and innovation.
• Oversee professional staff or project teams, maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients. Travel may be required based on client needs.
• Delivers SAP projects or work streams end-to-end: requirements gathering, architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow and documentation, and functional design of the solution. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience with SAP Controlling and a focus on Product Costing; exposure to costing of different production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order); strong knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; experience with integrations across modules (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting). FICO module exposure preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; desirable experience with a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements; familiarity with Product Costing leading practices and parallel ledgers as applicable.
• Security roles familiarity related to Management Accounting processes; proficiency with one or more SAP FICO, PP, or MM modules.

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification(s), e.g., P_S4
  
  FIN SAP Certified Professional – Financials in SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core modules
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and cross-functional leadership experience
