Senior Finance Manager

This role offers a competitive base pay range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year.

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Our client is seeking a strategic Senior Finance Manager, EPM Data Design Product Owner to lead finance data architecture and transformation across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Planning. This role will guide a high‑performing team of managers and analysts to deliver scalable, sustainable data solutions that enhance financial planning, reporting, and analytics.

• Lead a team of managers and analysts across Commercial, Enterprise, and Supply Chain functions, providing guidance on data strategy, model design, and solution delivery.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end finance transformation journey, including acquiring, processing, and modeling financial data, and ensuring smooth transition to run state operations.
• Drive cohesive and scalable solution designs across multiple work streams, translating complex business needs into practical, high‑quality data solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, including VP‑level leadership, articulating risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering technical growth, solutioning capabilities, and continuous improvement in data governance and quality standards.
• Leverage familiarity with Anaplan, One Stream, TM1, SAP HANA, and advanced supply chain planning systems to coach and advise teams—technical hands‑on coding not required, but strategic guidance is essential.
• Partner with Finance Data Governance and Validation teams to enforce best practices, drive data quality, and support enterprise analytics.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles managing managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership, present risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience in data strategy, design, and transformation in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
• Technical understanding of relational databases, Anaplan, TM1/One Stream, SAP HANA, Python for data profiling, and enterprise planning tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
