E-Commerce Manager, DTC

Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance in real-time and analyze web demand by product and category to adjust the e-merchandising plan accordingly.
• Develop and conduct A/B tests to improve add-to-cart and conversion rates.
• Identify and scope new tools or enhancements to improve funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, and Creative to develop brand-centric emails, homepage displays, department landing pages, and blogs to promote key products and categories.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, CX or retention roles
• Experience with Shopify Plus and familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Skio, Yotpo or similar platforms
• Solid hands-on knowledge of analytical tools such as GA4, Northbeam, Similiar Web
• Experience working with or managing external agencies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort in performance dashboards and testing platforms
• Process-oriented and proactive
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
