Own and improve our Odoo-driven operational intelligence, building a reliable analytics layer on top of Odoo that enables leadership to make decisions on inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, logistics costs, and cash flow.
You will define KPIs, build reporting pipelines, and drive measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and profitability

• Odoo ERP analytics & reporting: Extract and interpret Odoo data (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Movements, Invoicing, Vendor Performance) to build operational dashboards and recurring performance reporting.
• SQL + data modeling: Build and maintain a structured dataset for reporting (tables, joins, metrics logic, dimensional modeling) and support reliable KPI calculations.
• KPI framework & operational metrics: Define and track metrics like inventory accuracy, stock aging, fill rate, OTIF, lead time, backorders, procurement cycle time, order-to-cash cycle time, margin leakage, and cost-to-serve

• Forecasting & planning analytics: Support demand forecasting
  , reorder planning, safety stock logic, and variance analysis for purchasing and inventory optimization.
• Process mapping inside ERP: Map real workflows to Odoo modules (Sales → Warehouse → Invoicing; Purchase → Receipt → Vendor bill), identify gaps, and implement improvements using Odoo configuration + data insights.
• Data quality & master data governance: Own data accuracy for products, SKUs, UoM, vendor records, pricing, and BOM structures; implement validation checks and clean‑up routines.
• Automation & scalability: Reduce manual work by automating recurring reports and operational alerts (exceptions, low stock, delayed POs, overdue invoices) using Python/Excel/BI tooling

• Stakeholder delivery: Convert analysis into clear recommendations for leadership and coordinate execution with operations, accounts, and management.

• Master’s degree required in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Supply Chain Analytics / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Operations Research (or closely related quantitative field).
• Strong experience with ERP-based operations data (Odoo preferred) and understanding of inventory, procurement, order management, and accounting flow inside an ERP.
• Advanced SQL capability for analysis and reporting logic (queries, joins, aggregations, quality checks).
• Strong Excel (modeling, pivots, structured analysis) and ability to define metric logic unambiguously.
• Ability to create decision-ready outputs: KPI definitions, dashboards, variance analysis, forecasting insights, and process improvement plans.

• Python for automation, data transformation, and forecasting
• Experience with WMS/TMS concepts
  , 3PL coordination, shipment tracking, or freight cost analysis
• Exposure to S&OP / inventory planning/demand planning workflows
