• Manage supply chain activities in the assigned area under the direction of supply chain management.
• Perform procurement activities for assigned areas in a cost‑effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures.
• Communicate product concerns to supply chain management and seek input or approval from the Clinical Resource Directors for all newly requested items prior to placing an order.
• Ensure business‑appropriate attire prior to the start of the scheduled shift.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond to supply inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Practice and adhere to all department and organizational policies, procedures, initiatives, and training.
• Conduct supply chain activities for assigned areas.
• Research, mitigate, and resolve customer concerns and escalates when needed.
• Perform delegated tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in assigned areas.
• Attend daily meetings and huddles.
• Have a working knowledge of all equipment used in the supply chain department.
• Identify and report safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunction, and facility damage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm each day. Rotating holidays and weekends.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Excellent customer service skills;
Supply Chain experience.
