We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager. This role is a full‑time exempt position reporting into the COO. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment, can see the big picture while crafting supporting details. They are comfortable with change but can stay firm in difficult circumstances, enjoy learning new systems, and use data to stabilize workflow and improve planning.
This individual thrives in small teams where everyone is a significant contributor to the department’s success.
- Own a pipeline of projects as a key leader responsible for the execution of project timelines and resource outlining, with a strong understanding of linkages between tasks throughout the commercialization of a new item.
- Create and maintain project timelines and Gantt charts to identify and track critical path activities, dependencies, risks, and contingencies with all teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Support cross‑functional project teams (including Formulation, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Regulatory) from project onset through launch.
- Develop and implement project charters, Gantt charts, and metrics, obtain partner alignment, identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead conflict resolution.
- Utilize effective communication skills to inform various levels of the organization and team members in a timely manner.
- Frame and communicate project questions to facilitate informed and agile decision‑making.
- Maintain and facilitate the Stage Gate process, project plans, issue logs, test plans, and formal documentation for stakeholder meetings.
- Act as the “project advocate” in overcoming obstacles and keeping projects progressing through the Stage Gate process.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the CPG space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Proven success working effectively with all levels of management and across different departments.
- Ability to manage high volume and turnaround.

Work Schedule:
4 days onsite / 1 day remote.
- Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000, dependent upon skill set and merit.
- Eligibility for short‑term incentive type bonuses.
