Construction Project Manager Maintenance
The Construction Project Manager will:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned projects.
- Act as a liaison between the project team regarding changes or problems. Select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors.
- Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate construction project resources and be responsible for material management.
- Track progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- Four (4) to six (6) years of experience required.
- Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
