Supreme HVAC is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the overall performance and continued growth of the business. The General Manager has responsibility for all facets of the company, including operations, financial performance, customer experience, employee leadership, business development, safety, and organizational effectiveness.

This position serves as the senior leader for the business and is accountable for delivering strong financial and operational results while maintaining the high level of service and relationships that have built Supreme HVAC's reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate is a proven HVAC leader who understands both the operational and financial sides of the business. This individual will be comfortable leading field and office teams, managing a P&L, improving processes, developing employees, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

• - Provide overall leadership and direction for Supreme HVAC, with accountability for the performance of the business.
• - Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations, including service, maintenance, repair, installation, scheduling, dispatch, and supporting office functions.
• - Establish clear operating priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across the organization.
• - Ensure work is scheduled, executed, documented, and completed efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and customer service.
• - Evaluate existing workflows, systems, and processes and implement improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• - Use operational and financial data to identify trends, address performance gaps, and make informed business decisions.
• - Partner with corporate and shared-service teams to effectively support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• - Lead the organization effectively through seasonal demand fluctuations, changing business priorities, and continued growth.
