• Operate and assist with industrial tilt bowl mixers on North and Frozen lines.
• Load and scale ingredients (ice, minor ingredients, scrap dough) according to recipes.
• Support Mixer A duties and follow startup/shutdown procedures.
• Inspect ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
• Cut, separate, and feed dough into automated systems.
• Record dough processing data and verify ingredient quantities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with Line Operators to minimize downtime.
• Report equipment issues to Mixer Operator or Shift Assistant Manager.
• Attend safety and production meetings.
• Follow all GMP

  , and OSHA safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a loud, allergen-sensitive environment.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

• Exposure to moving machinery, chemicals, and elevated work areas.
