Production Supervisor

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ.

This position is Monday - Friday. Start time is 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM.

The salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

• Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
• Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
• Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
• Approving weekly department payroll

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
