What You’ll Do

As a Manager Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing foundational marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive leader who can both define and implement marketing initiatives. You’ll analyze performance data, conduct market research, craft impactful campaigns, and measure success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, and event strategies, overseeing the creation of high-impact marketing materials. You’ll bridge creativity and analytics—owning everything from design collateral to traditional marketing communications—to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with and empower the sales team with marketing materials, customer insights, and cross-channel guidance to help them achieve their sales targets.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Development & Market Positioning
  • Strengthening the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Positioning the company as a thought leader in the medtech and lab supplies industry through PR, partnerships, and content strategies.
  • Developing a structured marketing roadmap aligned with key business goals.
  • Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership
  • Developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns (digital, print, OOH, partnerships) aligned with business goals.
  • Conducting market research to inform messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Identifying target markets, personas, and value propositions to guide marketing efforts.
  • Leading research, strategy, and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Implementing analytics and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance.
  • Tracking KPIs (ROI, CAC, engagement rates) and optimizing campaigns in real time.
  • Marketing Material Development & Design Coordination
  • Owning end-to-end marketing collateral: digital assets (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks), branding materials (swag, signage, trade show displays).
  • Partnering with designers (in-house or agencies) to ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone).
  • Managing approvals, print production, and distribution logistics.
  • Traditional Marketing Communications & PR
  • Leading PR efforts: press releases, media pitches, and spokesperson coordination.
  • Developing and overseeing corporate communications: newsletters, internal announcements, award submissions.
  • Supporting sales enablement with materials and training.
  • Managing relationships with vendors (printers, promo suppliers, translators for global materials).
  • Event & Experiential Marketing
  • Designing event-specific collateral (invites, agendas, booth graphics).
  • Developing loyalty programs and gated content to nurture leads.
  • Creating customer success stories and testimonials for sales/marketing use.
  • Driving awareness, engagement, and growth through multichannel marketing plans.
  • What You’ll Bring to The Table

    Experience:

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years in enterprise B2B marketing, ideally in lab supplies & equipment and service industry.
    • Expertise in marketing communications, design coordination, and events.
    • Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Proficiency in:
      • Design tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, Figma)
      • CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
      • Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills for diverse formats (ads, scripts, press releases).

    Preferred:

    • Experience with B2B distributor business in lab supplies & equipment industry.
