Patient Observer

The Patient Observer will:

• Display a respectful, empathetic and caring attitude toward patients and families
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Identify signs and symptoms or changes in behavior that require the immediate attention of the RN
• Collaborate with the RN for pertinent aspects of care he/she is expected to perform

• Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality, comport self professionally, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent observation skills.

Salary Range: 17.00 - 22.95 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
