We are seeking a self-motivated, hard working and ambitious leasing agent to join us! As one of our leasing agents you will be welcomed and encouraged by motivated, like minded agents in a competitive yet collaborative environment.

Job Description:

As a Leasing Agent you will be the face of our properties for rent and the key liaison between the portfolio and our prospective renters. We're looking for a friendly, communicative, and hard working individual who has rental or leasing experience and can offer unmatched customer service to our renters. We rent out nearly 100 properties per year and we are looking for an agent to join our leasing team who can dedicate about 4 hours a week to show properties, generate leads and close deals for our rentals.

Basic Responsibilities:

Respond to prospect inquiries in a timely manner

Qualify prospective tenants that have set appointments to tour our properties

Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.

Assist future tenants through the application process and manage documents and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner.

Contribute towards the upkeep of our properties to help capture property/portfolio pride

Represent our company with a professional appearance and manner.

Flexible Schedule - we require about 4 hours a week of time allotted to show the properties

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License and it will need to be moved to our brokerage

Very hard working and hungry to make commission

Organized and manages time effectively

Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Currently we are seeking individuals already licensed with leasing experience.
