National Account Manager; Pharmaceutical Sales

Overview

National Account Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales) — Remote | NJ | $70K–$75K base + commission (uncapped potential) + annual merit increases. Comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, PTO, and career advancement.

• Build and maintain relationships with national pharmacy and healthcare accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding generic drug sales and securing long-term contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account strategy.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or national account management.
• Experience with generic drugs, distribution, or wholesale pharmacy sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to bring a book of business and drive measurable sales growth.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and relationship-focused.
