We are seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will cover relocation costs to Cincinnati, Ohio, for training with top brokers. After completing training and building a solid book of business, TQL will fund your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our industry-leading paid training and mentorship program will equip you with skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Partner with a successful freight broker for 26 weeks
• Make calls and establish relationships to grow your book of business
• Close deals with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain proactive and honest communication internally and externally
