About The Role

Health Fitness is looking for an experienced Mat Pilates Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in New Brunswick, New Jersey (NJ).

Looking for an instructor who can teach Mondays and Wednesdays between 5‑7 PM, and either Wednesday or Thursday mornings between 6:30‑8:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group instruction to members taking Mat Pilates classes.

Minimum Requirements

• Mat Pilates certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 5+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre‑employment drug test.

Compensation

$50 – $65/hour, pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
