Transdev - FC [Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor] As a Reservationist at Transdev, you'll:
Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system;
Enter new customer information and changes into the system;
Perform data entry into spreadsheets and databases;
Communicate late vehicle service and verify No Shows with customers;
Resolve service-related complaints;
Create daily route maps of the reservations for the drivers.
