Overview
Reservationist/CSR (Part-Time) at Transdev North America.
Location:
New Carrollton, MD. The role focuses on intercepting customer calls and scheduling transportation. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented individuals who are dedicated to safety.
- CBA Position:
Eligible under the Collective Bargaining Agreement - Pay: $20.00 - $33.52 per hour (Union pay scale). Starting pay $20.00 with progression to $33.52 over 7 years.

Part-time employees may be eligible for up to 40 hours yearly based on hours worked.
- Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system.
- Perform data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers.
- Resolve service-related complaints.
- Create daily route maps of the reservations for the drivers.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs, including cannabis.
- Indoor work in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use (up to 6–9 hours per day).
- Effective communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Office or cubicle environment with a telephone and computer.
- Push/pull up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching to access files or equipment.
