The role is fully onsite, reporting to the Lead Engineer or Project Manager, and involves performing a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks to keep building systems safe, efficient, and compliant.
Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in commercial O&M, hands-on trades across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and the ability to read SOPs and manuals.
