LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive Staff Accountant to join a corporate accounting team in the manufacturing industry. This role will support core accounting functions with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Payroll/HR reconciliations (not processing), contributing to accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Assist with month‑end close and general ledger accounting.
• Perform account reconciliations, including payroll and HR‑related accounts.
• Support Accounts Receivable processes, including billing and collections.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to payroll and HR accounting matters.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on corporate accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

$60,000‑$68,000
