Customer Service & Orders Specialist - Second Shift

A regional distributor in New Castle, DE is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the second shift. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of assisting customers with their inquiries while managing orders and complaints. Responsibilities include taking orders over the phone, providing product suggestions, and coordinating with salespeople. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Working hours are from 1PM to 9:30PM, Monday through Thursday and 1PM to 6:30PM on Sunday.
