- Handle customer inquiries, after-sales issues, and complex or escalated cases, including returns, refunds, replacements, repairs, and customer complaints.
- Manage marketplace-related claims and disputes, monitor listing warnings and policy violations, and follow up on operational issues.
- Review customer service response quality, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required. Preferred backgrounds include science, data analytics, information systems, business analytics, or other analytical fields.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
MUST fluent in Mandarin. - Proficient in Excel and basic data processing; familiarity with Windows, computer hardware, and PC configurations is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to learn AI and automation tools, with flexibility to accommodate reasonable overtime and workload fluctuations during peak seasons.
- Supports OPT/CPT holders
- 1-month probation period, with full-time conversion upon successful completion
