• Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector.
• Conducting comprehensive reviews of federal and state income tax returns.
• Providing strategic tax planning and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and compliant with all tax regulations.
• Preparing and reviewing 1120S returns.
• Identifying tax‑saving opportunities and strategies for clients.
• Contributing to business development and strategic planning within the company.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are fully compliant.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role or similar.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with real estate tax, federal and state tax, income tax, tax planning, and 1120S.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
