What You Need to Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Valid Delaware PARA Permit
• Proven experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students requiring physical intervention strategies
• Expertise in collecting and interpreting behavioral and instructional data within classrooms
• Willingness to perform all required bathroom duties, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene assistance
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (8:45 AM 4:15 PM, Mon-Fri) without late arrivals, early departures, or part-time availability
• Reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support to elementary students in collaboration with teachers and specialists
• Implement behavior intervention plans and document student progress consistently
• Maintain detailed classroom data and contribute to team-based strategies
• Adapt to possible classroom assignment changes as directed by program needs
• Participate in all aspects of student care, including hygiene and personal care tasks
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment, ready to assist wherever needed
