Global Lending Operations Program Manager SVP

The Global Lending Operations Program Manager is accountable for developing, managing and delivering complex and critical transformation strategies and initiatives. Ideal candidates have a background in banking or financial services consulting experience.

Involved in short- to medium-term planning and projects and ad-hoc high priority deliverables. Must demonstrate a track record of strong judgement and problem‑solving skills, sense of urgency and agility. Strong candidates demonstrate a growth mindset and thrive in fast‑paced organizations.

• Responsible for setting and delivering short- and long-term strategies to drive transformation and target operating model.
• Responsible for day-to-day small to medium sized projects.
• Direct the creation of multiple work projects and manage their alignment to business goals.
• Prepare presentations using a narrative and storytelling style incorporating information and data from various sources for management consumption and executive forums.
• Prepare business cases and value propositions that are in line with business goals.
• Manage resources and partners through matrix management.
• Identify stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.
• Lead the facilitation and coordination of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.
• Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established body of work.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Background in banking or financial services consulting experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate clear, succinct and compelling presentations, and negotiate internally, often at a senior level
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset and thrive in fast-paced organizations

• Bachelor’s/University degree
