As an Applebee’s bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring customers and staff receive the best experience. You will be friendly to both staff and customers, prepare drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. The role requires you to work hard yet enjoy the job.

• Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Serve drinks to customers and support servers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing a great customer experience.

• Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands regularly.
